HRT 1.4 (that means high resolution textures) is a remastered graphics modification for GTA: San Andreas (2004). Purpose of the mod — is to provide improved graphics with preservation of original game's atmosphere using remade textures that are maximum similar to the original ones by colours, contrast and other parameters, but made in really high definition; it also contains improved and fixed models and other features. In the mod some things from the mobile version of GTA: San Andreas are used, and this is one of good mod's features.

GTA SA was re-released on iOS and Android in 2013\2014. Materials in this version, as a rule, are fully the same as in the PC variant. Only some textures (like vegetation textures) became better. Those textures also will be used in the mod.

In the mod are used player parts (CJ model) from mobile version. Thanks to this, his model will be more detailed. In particular, CJ has better and «split» fingers now.

Another story. Not a long ago was released mobile version of GTA: Liberty City Stories (originally released in 2005 on PSP, later on PS2). As for a lot of modders, I was very interested in technical realization of this game and decided to research its files. I was wondered when I found a lot of really quality textures. Re-released (2015\2016) version of this game is remastered much better and global than previous mobile GTA games. Unlike previous ports, where only some aspects were better, a lot of textures in mobile LCS game now have 512x512 pixels resolution. I decided to use some textures from this game in the mod, or parts of the textures. In the game there are a lot of textures with buildings parts and other things which are difficult to find for me, so using of some LCS textures can help me sometimes. They will not be used «as is», because this is not «LCS in GTA SA» mod; they will be remade to be similar to textures that will be replaced.

Also I plan to research GTA V materials. This game, with its really high quality graphics, contains a lot of good textures, and these can be again parts of the buildings, facades etc, that are difficult to find.

I must notice — the main part is my own textures. Mod has a huge part of photorealistic author's textures. Using of textures from R* titles can help me to save some time, and I don't consider this as copyright violation, because these are: 1) R* games, not games from other companies (and I will never use textures from other games, my mod is not some unprofessional pack of stuff that stolen from different games), 2) I spent years on modding of R* games and make non-commercial mod for one of their games, so this is not something bad, I can use some textures for «difficult» places.
